"The Brotherhood" is the special loyalty program of C.P. Company that allows you, when you register, to undertake a multi-step path, with access to unique experiences and exclusive services.
The loyalty program is activated automatically when you create an account. Through online purchases, you continue step by step, unlocking increasingly special services.
Points (Goggle Points) are accumulated by making a purchase online or in our Milan, Riccione, Amsterdam and London flagship stores. Click here to see the list of stores participating in the Program. A Goggle Point is equivalent to € 1 spent.

You can check your point balance in your Account.
You can find your rewards in your Account, in the area dedicated to the loyalty program. Some are available starting with the next purchase after the one that led to the upgrade, others must be requested.
Goggle Points will be credited to you 30 days after placing your order.
We use Euro as our currency. If the purchase is made in a different currency, the amount will be automatically converted, first into Euro and then into Goggle Points.
Yes, you can accumulate Goggle Points when you buy in a physical store. The stores participating in the Program are Milan, Riccione, Amsterdam, London, Cannes, Lyon and Hamburg. Click here to see the list of stores.
In the event of a return, Goggle Points will not be uploaded to your profile. If you are returning a defective item, they will instead be considered valid.
Goggle Points remain pending until the end of the return period. After 30 days, they will automatically unlock. The number of Goggle Points credited corresponds to the actual amount spent and takes into account any returns.
No, you cannot transfer your Goggle Points to third parties or combine them with those of other users.
The contact number will be visible on your account once the level is unlocked, which is 30 days after your online purchase.
To use the "Talk with us" service, you will receive an invitation to the online events via e-mail.
The archive visit is a private guided tour of Massimo Osti's archive in Bologna.
No, you start earning Goggle Points the moment you sign up for the loyalty program and make an online purchase. Previous orders are not taken into account.
