You do not have to register to place an order, but if you sign up for an account, you will receive numerous benefits. To create an account, you will need to have a valid email address and choose a password to access your personal area. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email.

To complete your order, follow the payment stages. Once you have confirmed the contents of your cart, choose your preferred payment method and continue.
As we only stock items from each season, some sizes and colours may be out of stock and no longer available. If a specific size or colour is not available on the product page, it is no longer in stock in the warehouse.

Our online store is constantly being updated with new items from our latest collection. If you are looking for an item from last season we, recommend visiting one of our Outlets to check if the item is still on sale. Alternatively, please contact Customer Services directly, using the dedicated form. Our stores are listed in the Store Locator section
We cannot change an order once it has been confirmed; it is not possible to change the size or colour of an item. However, you can cancel an order if it has not already been processed
We have a wide range of secure payment options. Payments are managed through the SSL system.
Credit Cards
You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card.
All transactions are managed by Adyen, a leading institute in bank transactions for e-commerce websites. Once your order is confirmed, select the credit card option and you will be directed to Adyen’s secure website.
The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, MasterCard®, Maestro®.
Postepay and Visa Electron pre-paid cards are also accepted.
Paypal
PayPal is another secure payment method that allows you to pay for your order using your PayPal account. Your account details and credit card information will be managed directly through PayPal.
C.P. Company discount codes cannot be used together unless specified. The 10% discount code that you receive when you subscribe to the Newsletter cannot be used for the Custom Colors service or on sale items
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of the date of confirmation. cpcompany.com does not ship orders at weekends or on Swiss or Italian bank holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, with a shipping number that can be used to track your order online. Please contact Customer Services for information relating to the shipping and delivery of your order.
Shipping fees vary depending on the country and service selected. Shipping and delivery times will be specified during the order process.
You cannot change your delivery address once your order has been shipped. If you wish to do so, you must contact the courier directly to make an agreement regarding delivery. We will not send a package a second time if the first shipment is returned to the sender.

Yes, you can place an order online and collect it free of charge in store.
When you come to collect it, you will need to show your order confirmation and a valid form of ID.
Once your order has arrived in store, we’ll send you a notification. Once it is delivered, your order will remain in store for 10 days. After this time, it will be returned and a full refund will be made.
If you are not happy with an item or it does not meet your expectations, you can make a returns request within 14 days of receiving the item (working days are calculated from proof of delivery).
If an item is damaged and/or incorrect, please contact Customer Services, send 2 photos of the item and wait for a response before starting the returns procedure.

Items must be sent back intact, with original price tags and labels. Items returned without labels and price tags will not be accepted. Please attach the receipt you received at purchase in order to speed up the returns procedure. We will refund the returned item(s) in 14 working days from the date of receipt. Return shipping fees will be paid by you. You can find more information regarding our policy at the following link.
Yes, our Flagship Stores offer the returns service; our staff will take care of everything.
Please remember that you have 14 days from the delivery date and that you will need to show your Order Number and the e-mail address used to complete the order.
If you want to return an item in store, you must not activate any online procedure.
C.P. Company does not offer exchanges for returned items. Once we have received your return, provided that you have respected all the necessary conditions, you will be refunded within 14 working days. If the article that you would like to exchange is still available online, you can place a new order, which will be shipped within 48 hours.

If your item does not have a CERTILOGO label, please send us an email with at least 2 photos of the item: one photo of the price tag attached to the item and one photo of the entire item. We will examine the images with our quality control team and provide a response regarding the originality of your item.
You can purchase a new lens in the Spare Parts section. C.P. Company does not sell other replacement materials beyond C.P. Company lenses.
